a. ISO17025 Calibration
The weighing equipment calibration services is to be performed on-site by the Calibration & Service Department of Horizon Land Sdn. Bhd. within the guidelines and framework of the accreditations applied for / granted by the Department of Standard Measurement (DSM).
A Calibration Certificate and Report shall be provided upon completion of each calibration service. All the calibration certificates and reports issued by the Calibration & Service Department of Horizon Land Sdn. Bhd., are subjected to provisions of the Quality System as established.
b. Service agreement
You may be surprised to find out that at how little it costs to have the accuracy of your equipments assured all year round. We offer service agreements for preventive maintenance and full service (for maintenance and an unlimited number of service call outs). Packaged with the Service Agreement, you will have the choices of your equipments being calibrated at quarterly, semi-annual or annually intervals.
